Chef Bart Wilson, Executive Chef, a native of Alabama, started his culinary career learning vegetarian cuisine and is eager to step into his role as Executive Chef at Luna’s Eat & Drink. He loves taking southern classics and low country food to a broader audience without being smarmy or pretentious about it.
Chef Sebastian Sarver, Sous Chef, loves southern style food and is excited to put his personal flare on some classic favorites. He studied baking and pastries and has been working on molecular gastronomy, which has opened the door to endless possibilities. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and studying what other chefs are creating.
Chef Mike Vellegas, Prep Chef, originally from the Atlanta area, practically grew up in the kitchen since his family owned and operated a Southern inspired restaurant. He has loved to cook since a young age and that passion has developed into a love of all things Southern.
